Huntington Beach, Orange County CA
I know I just posted an article on Ulnar Nerve Conditions but there continues to be questions about numbness in to the pinky fingers and how to stretch out an ulnar nerve coming through the P2 Sports Care site. Let’s see if I can flood the Internet with some more information about how to fix your ulnar nerve entrapment (HINT: you can just by pass all the writing and go to the videos…)

One of the most popular videos on my YouTube channel is one called the “Ulnar Nerve Stretch.” One of the most popular keywords helping people find the P2 Sports Care site is the same, “ulnar nerve stretch”. What this tells me is that a lot of people out there with an ulnar condition. Maybe we should spend some time actually figuring out what the main causes are of an ulnar nerve entrapment, which would lead people to search for an ulnar nerve stretch.
Here is a short video I have prepared on the common causes of an ulnar nerve condition or entrapment. Numbness and tingling into the hands, especially in the 4th and 5th digit, are indicative of an ulnar nerve entrapment. However, other things even more serious can be causes of numbness into the 4th and 5th digits. By 4th and 5th digit I mean the ring finger and pinky finger.
Watch this video on ulnar nerve entrapments and you will find there are common ulnar nerve entrapment sites in the spinal region, neck, armpit, elbow, and wrist. One thing my YouTube viewers may not realize when watching the “Ulnar Nerve Stretch” video is at this stretch mainly addresses only ulnar nerve entrapments around the elbow and wrist.
The most important thing a person with an ulnar nerve entrapment can do is to find out the location of the entrapment and not just search the web for generic ulnar nerve stretches.
Enjoy and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
PS: After the informational video on ulnar nerve entrapments, I have included the ulnar nerve stretch video, which has become popular on my YouTube channel.
